Thanks for checking out my website. Here's a little about me, I hope it will help you in deciding if we would be a good fit in working together. I have always been passionate about walking alongside people as they heal and grow. As both a child and an adult it has lead me to many opportunities to get to know a wide range of people and value their many unique and beautiful lives both locally and in other areas of the world. In pursuing my education I was naturally drawn toward the helping professions and received a Bachelor's in Social Work and later a Master's in Counseling Psychology. I have enjoyed opportunities of working within the counseling field with children, young adults, families, those in the foster care system, as well as those with special needs. ​I am a wife and a mother of 3 children, one of whom my husband and I had the privilege of adopting and journeying together in the process of building attachment and navigating the challenges of special needs.
